Rowing Consultancy

Healthy athletes. Better rowing. Stronger programmes.

Specialist support for school and club rowing programmes, combining coaching experience, athlete-health expertise and practical on-water analysis.

I help programmes solve performance and health problems before they become lost training time, stalled development or preventable injury.

On-water coaching and boat-follow support

I offer practical on-water support from the launch, working directly with athletes and coaches on technical changes, race preparation and day-to-day problem solving.

This is combined with a broader understanding of injury risk, training load and athlete health, so performance decisions are grounded in both coaching and medical insight.
